What does the audit actually check?

Your score comes only from what your listing shows on Google: your business name and whether it breaks Google's naming rules, review count, rating, how recently reviews arrived, photos and whether you uploaded any yourself, opening hours, website, phone and your primary category. Those checks carry fixed weights that add up to 100. Nothing you tell us moves the score.

Do I need to sign in to Google or give you access to my profile?

No. We read what your listing already shows publicly, the same as any customer searching for you. We never sign in, never post anything, and never change your listing.

Question 3

Where do the optional questions fit in?

They are not in the score at all. Google's public data does not include posts, services, your description, review replies or whether the profile is verified, so we cannot check them. You can answer them after your score if you want those findings too, and they are reported separately as your own answers.

Question 4

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Your score and the number of fixes we found are free. The step by step instructions, the written content and the PDF need your name, email and business name, which is how we cover the cost of running the tool.

What if my business does not come up in the search?

Paste your Google Maps listing link instead, or fill in the details yourself. The score works exactly the same way either route.

Do you keep my Google data?

Accepted Answer

No. We store your name, email, business name and the score we calculated. The details we read from Google stay in the report you see and the PDF you download, and are not saved to our database.

Does this work for businesses other than clinics?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick Other business on the first step and tell us what you do, and the checks, the wording and the written content all follow that trade. The scoring is the same, because Google weighs the same things for a salon as it does for a clinic.

Who writes the description and the other content?

Accepted Answer

The score and the fixes are written by us and never change. The description, services, post ideas and photo shot list are generated for your business when you unlock the report. We never generate photographs: Google requires real pictures of the real premises, so you get a list of shots to take yourself.

Question 9

Will following the advice guarantee I rank first?

Accepted Answer

No, and be careful of anyone who promises that. Google weighs distance and prominence alongside profile quality, and neither we nor anyone else controls the ranking. What the fixes do control is whether someone who finds you decides to call.
