Careflow is practice-management and communication software. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.

All clinical decisions remain solely with the treating doctor and clinic. You must independently verify clinical information before acting on it.

Use of Careflow does not create a doctor-patient relationship between Careflow and any patient. Patients' relationships are with their treating clinic only.

Careflow is not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

Careflow may offer product-help chat and optional clinical AI add-ons (Voice Rx, Rx Digitization, Ask Careflow, DDX). These features are decision-support tools for licensed clinic staff only. They are not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not patient-facing advice.

Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. A qualified clinician must review and confirm every suggestion before it is saved to a patient chart or acted on. Applying AI drafts never auto-confirms a visit or issues an invoice.

When speech or document features are used, audio and images are processed server-side to produce structured drafts, then discarded for the default retention path (not stored as long-term clinical media). Usage metadata (feature, counts, duration estimates) may be stored for quotas and billing. Vendor model identifiers are not exposed in the product UI.

Sub-processors may include generative AI and Indian-language speech providers configured for Careflow. Contact privacy@careflow.dev for the current processor list. Clinics remain the controller/fiduciary for patient data under DPDP and applicable law.
