Terms of Service
The agreement between Careflow and clinics that use the platform.

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Careflow, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the clinic or organization you represent.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Careflow provides software for clinic operations such as patient management, appointments, consultations, billing, WhatsApp messaging integrations, recalls, reviews, and related features. Features may vary by plan.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or experimental features may change without notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You represent that you have authority to bind the clinic and that use of Careflow complies with professional, medical, and data protection obligations applicable to your practice.
4. Clinic responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, and patient care outcomes
- Accuracy of data entered into Careflow
- Obtaining patient consent for treatment, data processing, and messaging where required
- Configuring WhatsApp Business correctly and complying with Meta's policies
- Retaining medical records as required by local medical and legal rules
- Staff access control within your clinic
5. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal non-compliance.
6. Fees, trials, and payments
Paid plans, trials, and renewals are described at signup or in your order. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or required by law.
Careflow is a product of Webneco Infotech. Platform subscription and plan payments are collected on behalf of Webneco Infotech, which is the merchant of record. Payments are processed through authorized payment partners (for example Razorpay). Your payment statement may show Webneco Infotech or the payment partner’s billing descriptor.
Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice.
7. Intellectual property
Careflow and its software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
You retain ownership of clinic and patient content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for performing under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Careflow is a software tool, not a medical device for diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical judgment. See the Medical Disclaimer.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careflow and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the fees you paid to Careflow for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold Careflow harmless from claims arising from your patient care, your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of law or these Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using Careflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Data export assistance may be available for a reasonable period upon written request, subject to technical feasibility and fees if applicable.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
