What Rx Digitize does
Photo, PDF or free text
Upload an image of a paper prescription, a PDF, or simply paste typed notes. All three routes end in the same structured draft.
Handwriting and print
Document reading is tuned for Indian prescriptions, with a vision fallback when the primary reader cannot make out a page.
Structured medicine lines
Medicine, dosage, duration and notes come back as separate fields rather than raw text, so they drop straight into a prescription.
Warnings surfaced
Anything the reader was unsure about is flagged on the draft instead of being silently guessed.
Nothing auto-applied
The digitized draft waits for a clinician to check it against the original before it becomes part of the record.

What to know first
Poor photographs, glare, faint carbon copies, cropped edges and unusual handwriting reduce accuracy. Always compare the draft to the paper or PDF.
Multi-page documents are read up to a page limit per job. Split very long packs if you hit the limit.
Decision support only. Verify every medicine name, strength, dose and duration before Apply. It is not a treatment order.
File size and type limits apply (images such as JPEG/PNG/WebP/GIF and PDF within the product's upload rules). Oversized files are rejected with a clear error.
Nothing is written to the chart until a clinician applies the draft. Warnings on the draft mean the reader was uncertain, not that the line is safe to ignore.
Monthly quota applies per clinic entitlement. Usage is visible in the product console and AI add-on settings.
