What Rx Digitize does

Photo, PDF or free text

Upload an image of a paper prescription, a PDF, or simply paste typed notes. All three routes end in the same structured draft.

Handwriting and print

Document reading is tuned for Indian prescriptions, with a vision fallback when the primary reader cannot make out a page.

Structured medicine lines

Medicine, dosage, duration and notes come back as separate fields rather than raw text, so they drop straight into a prescription.

Warnings surfaced

Anything the reader was unsure about is flagged on the draft instead of being silently guessed.

Nothing auto-applied

The digitized draft waits for a clinician to check it against the original before it becomes part of the record.

What to know first

Poor photographs, faint carbon copies and unusual handwriting reduce accuracy. Always check the draft against the paper.
