What Ask Careflow does

Answers anchored to Indian practice

Where a national programme governs the topic, the answer follows it and names it: NTEP for TB, NACO for HIV, ICMR for antibiotic choice, IAP for immunisation, NHM for maternal and child health.

Official sources you can check

Each answer carries links to the bodies whose published guidance governs that topic in India, so you can open the primary source. The assistant is blocked from writing its own links, so a citation is never invented.

Links kept alive

A daily job re-checks every official link and hides any that genuinely break, so the list does not rot as government sites reorganise.

Live answers

Text appears as it is written rather than after a long pause, with a stop control if you have seen enough.

Private saved history

Every question is saved and reopenable weeks later. Threads belong to the clinician who asked, not to the whole clinic.

Flags uncertainty

Where evidence is contested or a drug is not routinely available in Indian outpatient settings, the answer says so instead of guessing.

How it works

  1. 1

Ask a clinical question in plain language.

  2. 2

Read the answer as it streams in.

  3. 3

Open the official source links to verify anything you will act on.

  4. 4

Reopen the thread later from your history, or continue the conversation.

What to know first

  • General clinical reasoning, not patient specific. It never sees a patient chart and never writes to one.

  • Source links are for verification. They are not a record of where the answer came from.

  • For licensed clinicians. It is not patient advice and not a diagnosis.
