What to know first
Decision support only. Differential does not diagnose. The treating clinician remains responsible for assessment, investigation and treatment.
Quality follows the input. A one-line complaint produces a shallow list. Richer vitals, history, allergies and exam notes produce a more useful ranking.
Not a triage system, not an ED acuity score, and not for autonomous clinical decisions or unattended kiosks.
Output is not written to the patient chart automatically. Copy or act only after you accept the reasoning.
Dictation into the form, when available, still needs a quick edit pass before you run ranking. Empty or silent audio will not invent findings.
Monthly quota applies. Very long or repeated runs may hit rate limits; wait and retry if asked.
