Why Careflow exists

Most Indian clinics run on a paper appointment book, a billing notebook, and the doctor's personal WhatsApp. The clinical work is excellent; the follow-up work is where patients fall through: forgotten reminders, unsent invoices, recall lists that live in someone's memory. Careflow was built to close that gap with one app that covers the full visit loop, from registration and booking through consultation, billing, recall, and review request, with WhatsApp doing the patient communication automatically.

What we build

A single clinic workspace: patient records, a shared appointment queue, consultation notes, INR invoices with on-demand PDFs, WhatsApp automation on the official Meta Business Cloud API, patient recalls, and Google review requests. It installs as an app on any phone and is priced for Indian practices, starting at Rs 799 per month with a free trial.

How we handle patient data

Every clinic's data is isolated from every other clinic's, traffic is encrypted, and consent tooling is built in. Our policies, including DPDP compliance, security, data processing, and grievance contacts, are published openly in the legal center. Clinics own the clinical content they enter; Careflow processes it to provide the service.

The company

Careflow is a product of Webneco Infotech, an Indian software company. Razorpay is our payment partner for subscriptions, and messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.
