Dictate in your own language
Speech recognition tuned for Indian languages, not just English. Chart in the spoken language or translate to English, whichever your clinic prefers.
Structured, not just transcribed
You get medicine, dosage, duration and notes as separate fields, plus chief complaint, diagnosis and plan, rather than a wall of text.
Live capture feedback
A real waveform drawn from your microphone shows the clip is being heard, with a running timer and a clear clip-ready state.
Review before anything is saved
The draft sits in a workspace until you apply it. Nothing reaches the patient chart on its own.
Works inside a consultation
Use Dictate Rx directly in an open consultation to fill the prescription for the patient in front of you.
Monthly quota you can see
The console shows dictations used against your monthly allowance and when it resets, so billing never surprises you.

Record up to 28 seconds of dictation.

Careflow transcribes it and structures it into prescription fields.

Review every line, edit anything, then apply it to the chart.
What to know first
Each dictation is capped at about 28 seconds (under the speech provider's hard limit). For long prescriptions, dictate one section at a time: complaints, then medicines, then advice.
Accuracy depends on microphone quality, background noise, accent mix and how clearly drug names are spoken. Always read every line before Apply.
Decision support only. Voice Rx is not a diagnosis, not a treatment order, and not a substitute for the treating clinician's judgement.
Nothing is written to a patient chart until a clinician reviews the draft and applies it. Cancelled or discarded dictations do not become record entries.
Monthly quota applies per clinic entitlement. The console shows usage and reset timing so you are not surprised mid-month.
Browser microphone permission is required. If permission is blocked, allow the mic for your Careflow domain and try again.
