Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Careflow affiliate program operated by Webneco Infotech (Careflow). They apply to (a) standalone partners who register at /partners without a Careflow clinic subscription, and (b) clinic accounts that enroll as affiliates inside Careflow.

By creating a partner account or enrolling in Marketing → Affiliate, you accept these terms and, where applicable, the Careflow Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

Enrolled affiliates (partners or clinics) receive a unique share link (/a/{code}). When a new clinic signs up through that link and later makes a qualifying first plan payment, Careflow may credit a commission to the referring affiliate.

Commission rates, eligibility, minimum payout thresholds, and whether custom link codes are allowed are configured by Careflow and may change. The rate shown on your affiliate dashboard at the time a referred clinic pays is the rate used for that commission unless stated otherwise for a specific deal.

Commissions are typically calculated only on the referred clinic's first paid plan purchase (not AI add-ons, patient billing, or later renewals), unless Careflow documents a different rule in-product.

Attribution is based on Careflow's tracking of the affiliate code at signup. Self-referrals (your own clinic or related entities) do not qualify.

A clinic that already had a Careflow account before using your link is not a new referral. Careflow may void commissions that result from fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, refunded payments, or policy abuse.

Careflow may disable an affiliate account or link at any time for suspected abuse, inactive payout details, or program misuse.

You must provide accurate bank account details (account name, account number, IFSC, bank, and branch) in the affiliate dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details.

Commissions appear as pending, may be approved by Careflow, and are paid out manually according to Careflow's ops process. A minimum payout amount may apply. Unpaid balances below the minimum may roll forward.

Taxes, TDS, and any required invoices or KYC are your responsibility under Indian law. Careflow may request documentation before paying.

You must not misrepresent Careflow pricing, features, clinical outcomes, or regulatory status. Do not send spam or purchase leads in violation of applicable law or WhatsApp/Meta policies.

You must not bid on Careflow trademarks in paid search, create confusingly similar domains, or run ads that imply you are Careflow without written permission.

Affiliate links and materials must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and any medical advertising rules that apply to your jurisdiction.

If enabled by Careflow, you may customize the public code in your affiliate link within length and character limits set by the platform. Reserved words and already-taken codes are not available.

Careflow may limit how often you can change a code. Old codes stop working after a change. You are responsible for updating materials that used the previous link.

Careflow may change commission rates, close enrollments, or end the program with notice in-product or by email where practical. Changes to default rates apply to new enrollments; existing affiliate rates may be adjusted by Careflow for future commissions.

You may stop participating at any time by ceasing to promote your link. Careflow may disable your affiliate status without ending your clinic subscription.

Unpaid commissions for valid referrals already earned remain payable subject to these terms, fraud checks, and minimum payout rules, unless voided for cause.
